Return Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, you may return the product for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging, with no signs of wear or tear.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be included with the return.

  • Defective Items: If your item is defective, damaged, or of poor quality, contact us within 14 days. We will provide a return shipping label and issue a full refund, including shipping costs, once the item is received and inspected.

  • Incorrect Orders or Dissatisfaction: If you ordered the wrong size or are not satisfied with your item, you may return it at your own cost or request a return label (the label cost will be deducted from your refund). A refund will be processed once we receive and inspect the item.

  • Custom Products: Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not possible for custom-made products. These items are specially made just for you and cannot be resold.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are available for defective, damaged items, or for size/color variations—provided such variations are available. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping for size/color exchanges is your responsibility. We cover return shipping for defective/damaged items.

  • Processing: Exchanges will be shipped after we receive and inspect the returned item. Delivery time for replacements depends on your location.

  • Limit: Each item is eligible for one exchange only, if all conditions are met.


Refund Policy

Important: Custom-made products are not eligible for refunds as they are tailored specifically for you and cannot be resold.

  • Defective/Poor Quality: Notify us as soon as possible. We will cover return shipping and process your refund after inspection.

  • Incorrect Size/Not Liked: You may return the product at your own cost. Once we inspect and approve the return, your refund will be issued.

Refund Processing:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
